Lauren is a Licensed Practical Nurse with over ten years of nursing experience, now excited to be part of The Breath Factory and Foot Care team. After many years in long-term care, she pursued advanced training in foot care to combine her clinical skills with her passion for helping people stay active, comfortable, and confident on their feet.
Lauren takes a gentle, personalized approach with every client, focusing not only on treatment but also on education and prevention. She believes that small steps in foot health can make a big difference in overall wellbeing, and she loves building trusting relationships that put clients at ease.
When she’s not in clinic, you’ll often find Lauren exploring local trails with her two dogs, experimenting in the kitchen with new recipes, or tending to her growing collection of plants. She looks forward to meeting new clients and supporting them on their foot health journey.
